These shoes are adorable. When I got the first pair the straps were wrong on one of the shoes (they didn't have 3 different colors - obviously an issue with manufacturing, not Schulers. However, they were awesome about getting me a new pair immediately since we were leaving on vacation. EXECELLENT customer service! As for the shoes, my daughter loves them. I'm not in love with the velcro strap. It is supposed to go under a leather loop but then it makes it hard for my daughter (5 years old) to get them on and off. So, we just have it go over the top. It doesn't seem to affect the integrity or comfort of the shoe - just seems like a poor design for a kids shoe. As usual we love keens and they stand up to lots of wear that a 5 year old can cause.
